Are you ready to deepen your acting journey? Our 12-week Level 2 Acting Course in Dublin is designed for those who are serious about taking their craft to the next stage. Whether you’ve completed our Beginner Acting Class or gained some experience elsewhere, now’s the time to Act The Maggot and dive into character development, performance, and emotional expression.
In this course, you’ll go beyond the basics—learning to build the emotional and physical life of a character, memorise and deliver monologues, and perform with confidence in front of your peers and classmates. Yes, the nerves are real—but so is the excitement!

Anyone with prior acting experience looking to build on their skills
This is a practical, performance-based course ideal for:
Aspiring actors preparing for stage auditions
Experienced performers returning to the craft
Anyone looking to build confidence in public speaking and performance
Each student will work on a monologue, focusing on:
Character development
Emotional truth
Bringing scripted text to life
You’ll also continue to build improvisation skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Physical and vocal warm-ups to prepare your body and voice
Weekly improvisation exercises to enhance creativity and spontaneity
Techniques for developing believable, layered characters
Voice and breath training to support clear, powerful speech
Scene and monologue analysis with individual performance coaching
Tools to overcome public speaking anxiety and stage fright
