This AI Essentials course aligns with the public service transformation strategy, ‘Better Public Services’ which aims to enhance service delivery through technology and digitisation, and will equip participants with the fundamentals of AI, as well as its potential and implications for public service organisations.
AI Essentials -- Empowering Public Servants with AI Knowledge is a one-day interactive workshop that will cover the following topics using a mixture of presentations, discussions and groupwork. It provides an opportunity to learn with and from colleagues implementing AI across the public sector.
Who is this course for?
AI Essentials is for public servants who work at investigating how Artificial Intelligence (AI) could be used appropriately to transform public service delivery.

This is a one-day, online interactive workshop that will cover the following topics using a mixture of presentations, discussions and groupwork. It provides an opportunity to learn with and from colleagues implementing AI across the public sector.
