This full-time programme is ideal for any learner with an interest and motivation to embark on a career within the ICT Industry, or for graduate study in many ICT related fields. It provides for a depth of knowledge in many high-demand ICT areas, building on a broad and solid computing background. The curriculum is industry-informed, and is based on three themes: application,integration and autonomy. In addition to core, in-depth and specialised knowledge areas, learners will gain skills and competencies in key application domains, and experience how these learning outcomes integrate with each other and other disciplines. A particular focus of this programme is preparing the learner for work in the IT and related industries or further study therein. Learners will also experience varying degrees of autonomy, particularly in a year-long individual applied technology project.
