The BSc (Hons) Workplace and Facilities Management Top-Up is designed for experienced facilities management professionals who want to complete an honours degree and progress their careers.

Building on existing qualifications and industry experience, the programme develops advanced knowledge in leadership, workplace strategy, sustainability, energy management and digital transformation.

Entry RequirementsApplicants may be eligible to apply for the Workplace and Facilities Management Top-Up degree if they meet one of the following criteria: Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) Level 5 qualification A comparable professional qualification A Diploma of Higher Education (or higher qualification) combined with relevant professional experience Applicants who do not meet the standard entry requirements but have significant industry experience may be considered through the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) process. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may also apply where appropriate.

Applicants whose first language is not English may be required to provide evidence of English language proficiency.
