The Engineers Ireland fully accredited programme meets the academic requirements for the status of Higher Certificate (Level 6) in Building Engineering. The course modules are delivered with similar part-time engineering disciplines, for the quantitate modules, and with the whole time Building Engineering equivalents for the applied modules. Upon successful completion of the Higher Level Certificate, students can opt to do an additional two years part-time for an Ordinary Degree in Building Engineering (Level 7) by entering Year 1 of the (Level 7) Ordinary Degree programme.
This course is particularly aimed for part-time students who have knowledge of the Building Engineering industry or who wish to up/re-skill in the industry. Qualifying students will be assessed, during the application process for suitability on the course.
