Applicants who do not have a level 8 qualification may apply for entry to the programme in accordance with the procedures outlined in the DkIT Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) policy. Applicants may be interviewed.
Career PathThose graduating from the Certificate in the Professional Management of Aggression and Violence in Health and Social Care Settings (30 credits) award option will have specific skills and knowledge to provide training to others to assist them in preserving their personal safety while safely and effectively managing a range of manifestations of verbal and physical aggression and in the safe provision of patient care.
