The two day Executive Officer programme is designed for staff at Executive Officer (EO) level. This role is partly operational and part management, and the course aims to enable the EO to support senior staff achieve Departmental goals. The aim of the programme is to provide an opportunity for staff of government departments, offices and state agencies, to develop the competencies required to be effective in the EO role and to acquire a firm understanding of what is expected from civil servants.
