Mixing theory and practice, this course offers you the opportunity for in-depth study of human resource management, organisations and the management of work, while at the same time working towards a professional level of membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Covering topics such as organisational change, performance management, training and development, and employment law, this part-time course is designed to develop high performing HRM practitioners that can develop and implement innovative and strategic HRM solutions that will drive organisational performance. The programme design aligns to the key HRM professional competency areas as designated by the CIPD.

In addition to the focus on Human Resource Management knowledge and skills, the course provides a broad-based business management education. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of human resources within a business environment both nationally and internationally.
