The M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Systems is designed to produce graduates with a good theoretical and practical understanding of renewable energy technologies. The programme critically investigates the energy output from wind, solar, ocean and biomass technologies from a technical and economic viewpoint. The primary aim of the M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Systems is to produce effective engineers and technical workers for a professional career in energy and, in particular, renewable energy.
The programme spans a minimum of three semesters, i.e. beginning in September of the first year and ending in following September (one calendar year).

| Entry Requirements | A second class honours degree (2.2) in an engineering or science discipline is the basic requirement. Candidates with alternative qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
