The Neurodiversity Awareness workshop will provide an in-depth introduction to neurodiversity in the workplace covering various Neurodivergent types. It will assist participants to build a more inclusive, effective and responsive workplace. Participants will be equipped with the tools to contribute to the creation of an inclusive and equitable workplace that provides a psychologically safe environment and overcomes barriers. In addition, participants will develop an understanding of relevant employment legislation and human rights duties.

Delivery and Dates
This workshop will be delivered over a half day from 9.30 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. and with a short break during the morning. Facilitator led online or in-person programme that is highly participative and practical. Participants will have access to case studies, videos, toolkits and other learning resources and supports. Learning approaches include short lecture inputs and facilitated group discussion to consider scenarios and case studies. In person training will take place at the Institute of Public Administration, Ballsbridge, Dublin D04 TC62.
