Are you sick and tired of feeling creaky and stiff? More than ever before, finding enjoyable ways to promote your physical and mental well-being is of utmost importance! Join this Classical Pilates Mat class to breathe and move in weird and wonderful ways to feel better. Pilates develops the body uniformly, corrects poor postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit. When practiced regularly, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. When moving from the support of your powerhouse (center), you can shed excess effort from overworking muscles. By bringing smaller, usually closer to the spine and other joints, muscles online, you will improve balance in the body. This will allow you to move freely and without strain or pain and therefore:
