This intensive two hour workshop is designed for senior managers in government departments, offices and state agencies who are/will be involved in the preparation of Strategy Statements. Participants will gain a strong understanding of the process of producing a Strategy Statement, an overview of the Department of the Taoiseach Guidelines for the Preparation of Strategy Statements 2011-2013 and what is expected in terms of content.
