Course Description:
Build on your existing sewing skills and continue your creative journey! This course is designed for those who already know the basics of using their sewing machine and are ready to expand their skills. Learn how to make simple, personalised clothing and craft items while gaining confidence in your sewing abilities.
You’ll be encouraged to choose your own projects based on your interests and skill level. Whether you’d like to make simple garments, home accessories like cushion covers or aprons, or seasonal crafts such as Christmas decorations, you’ll have the flexibility to work on items that inspire you. Guidance will be provided throughout, from selecting patterns and fabrics to mastering the techniques needed to complete each piece.
This course is suitable for those who already have basic sewing experience. You must be able to:

Please Note: Students will be required to supply their own fabric for the items they are making (assistance will be given re the information for the type of fabric required, amount required and places to purchase)
Course Format: In class with tutor
Sewing Machine: Students who register for this course need to have and bring their own sewing machines to the class each week
Duration: 10 weeks – Maximum of 10 students in class
