The proliferation of the use of the word trauma in a wide range of contexts has caused confusion for many. This course aims to unravel this through a grounded, critical introduction to trauma-informed work. Learners will learn to differentiate between established concepts, emerging theories and popularised claims. Learners will feel more confident in working with trauma in a safe, ethical and appropriately paced way.
