Employers who employ 150 or more employees on their chosen snapshot date in the month of June 2024 are obliged to publish their Gender Pay Gap Report within 6 months of their chosen snapshot date.
This 1-Day (Online) course will outline how to calculate an employee’s hourly rate of pay and how to calculate the organisation’s gender pay gap.
