The GetAHEAD programme at AHEAD is offering a free virtual workshop on networking for students and graduates with disabilities. The session will take place online via Zoom on Thursday, 15 January 2026, from 12:00 to 1:00pm.
This interactive workshop is designed to help participants build confidence, make meaningful professional connections, and navigate networking situations in a way that works best for them. Attendees will gain practical tips and tools to feel prepared and self-assured when attending events, engaging online, or meeting people in everyday professional contexts.
Topics covered will include strategies for both in-person and online networking, reframing nerves into curiosity, preparing thoughtful questions, and creating lasting professional connections.
