The Health and Wellbeing strand at An Cosán provides learners with the tools to explore their own sense of wellness, encourage resilience, and practice self-care. These supportive, classroom-based courses are structured to be accessible, running just once a week over a 27-week period. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Attendance.
