Kilroy’s College was founded in 1932 and is one of Ireland’s oldest, most established and innovative distance learning schools. As of today more than 100,000 students have benefited from a Kilroy’s College distance learning course.
Kilroy’s College currently offers over 80 different and varied professional and lifestyle adult education courses - in disciplines such as business management, childcare, dog grooming, psychology, creative writing and photography. As well as many Leaving and Junior Certificate home study courses and exam preparation courses for the services – such as An Garda Siochana, Army and Naval, Prison Officer, Mature Nursing, Student Paramedic and Clerical Officer.
All of our courses are delivered either by correspondence (through the postal system) or online (via our Online Campus) to your home or workplace.
External Certification
Kilroy’s College has agreed its quality assurance policies and procedures with QQI and is a registered provider to offer validated programmes leading to QQI awards within the National Framework of Qualifications in Ireland. We are also a certified partner of Adobe, CompTIA, Microsoft and ECDL and have more than 20 online IT courses available.
