Carolyn is a master accredited life coach and therapist with 25 years of expereince. She has a lovely calming voice that instantly relaxes you. On your way to your hotel you chat comfortably in the car and you discover what a great listener Carolyn is.
You arrive at your hotel and let out a big sigh, seeing the beautiful sea views with blue sky and sparkling water. Now you can really let go and relax. Maybe you would like to enjoy a glass of cava, mineral water or juice offered at reception of your beautiful hotel while you book in.
You unpack and enjoy a stroll around the hotel gardents and sea. Carolyn goes over your itenary of what you have planned for your retreat time of your holiday with her.
