Our NCCA-accredited Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) program equips you with cutting-edge, science-based knowledge delivered through an interactive digital learning platform.
If you're ready to become a top-tier, respected, and highly paid fitness professional, it starts with getting NASM certified online.
Our updated course isn't your average science-heavy curriculum. We've reinvented personal trainer education with an "edutainment" approach — combining Hollywood-quality videos, dynamic graphics, and interactive tools. Whether you're a seasoned learner or brand new to fitness, you’ll find this course fun, accessible, and effective.
We teach only the most current, evidence-based training strategies—no outdated information here. With the NASM-CPT program, you’ll learn how to apply the latest exercise science to real-world scenarios and client needs.
Prepare for success as a personal trainer in any setting: from local gyms to private studios or running your own fitness business. Our program gives you all the tools you need to launch a flexible and profitable career helping clients reach their health goals.
At the heart of our certification is NASM’s exclusive Optimum Performance Training® (OPT™) Model—a flexible and systematic method for creating individualized fitness programs. Whether you're working with beginners, athletes, or clients with special conditions, the OPT™ Model gives you a repeatable framework for producing consistent results.
Successful personal training starts with accurate assessments. Learn how to identify imbalances, movement dysfunctions, and physical limitations so you can build safe and effective workout programs.
Fitness isn’t just physical—it’s mental. Learn essential behavior change techniques to help clients stay committed, motivated, and on track toward their fitness goals.
