•The planning process application and house plans •Design of dwellings, green buildings and how to maximise the site •The role of the client as self-builder •The role of the client as Project Supervisor Construction and design stage •The role of the Client as Project Supervisor Design stage •Waste Management the law and case studies for waste removal •Project management tools and techniques- basic introduction of MS project software usage •Building Sign off and self-compliance NOTE: Learners undertaking online courses must have basic IT skills and have access to the necessary ICT equipment, software and Broadband capability to enable them to undertake an online course.
