Participant Profile:
This course is suitable for those who wish to learn the basic skills of traditional home baking; there are few things more welcoming than the smell of homemade cakes wafting from the oven. Ireland has a long tradition of baking various types of breads, cakes and puddings, including soda bread and barmbrack.
