Programme Description:
• Understand how HTML and CSS has evolved over the years • Learn how to write HTML – The language of the World Wide Web • Learn how to use CSS to style modern, sleek and great looking websites • Learn how to use the Adobe Dreamweaver professional web-editor • Understand the advantages and disadvantages of creating websites through Content Management Systems such as WordPress • Understand the process involved in registering domain names, purchasing web hosting and uploading a website through FTP • By the end of This course the learner will have planned, designed and created a fully functioning website that will be ready to live on the World Wide Web ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: • Computer Skills – Installing software, creating and maintaining files and folders • Basic typing skills NOTE: Learners will have access to Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Cloud/Web based software for the duration of the course only.
